November Nine Seat Four: Phil Collins—23,875,000 in chipsBetter known to poker fans by his online handle USCphildo 27 year old Phil Collins is not new to the world of professional poker and is quite a recognized opponents among his fellow players. And yes, his mom did name him after the famous singer from Genesis. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Phil currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has over $3 million in earnings most of which comes from online play. He comes from South Carolina and is ranked 1320 in the world of poker. As he used to pay most of his games on the former Big Three poker sites you have to wonder if he started live tournaments for something to do. Here are some of Phil's recent online stats:

Source: pocketfives.com As you can see from his stats, in the face of thousands of people competing, Collins has a tendency to hold his own. Yeah his live tournament money ($732,866) is nothing compared to his cyber bank account ($3,234,505) and I have to wonder if this will be to his determent this weekend. He has a total of 17 career cashes and his largest cash win at a live tournament was $607,882. When he isn't playing poker Collins enjoys football and basketball, playing and watching with a penchant for the college game. I'm guessing his favorite team is USC? It will be interesting to see this cyber celebrity hit the felt with some well grounded fellow players. How will the setting affect his game? We'll know soon.
