Top Poker Apps For Your Mobile Device
Seems these days there is an application or app for every occasion. Of course poker isn’t left out of the cyber revolution. Far from it. Here are my top poker app choices for downloading to your personal devices.
Zynga Texas Hold Em: The most popular poker app for the I-Phone this handy little download allows users to play with other online players pretty much day and night. The graphics are easy and fun and very like a regular online poker site. The app lets you import data from social networking sites and the playing tools are simple and easy to grasp.
Apple Texas Hold ‘em: It’s great when the personal device manufacturer make the app for their device as it guaranteed to work better, look better and provide more fun that an off brand app. The Apple Texas Hold em is one of the computer company’s most popular apps. The graphics are excellent and the game play is easy as the controls are easy to adapt to. At $4.99, it’s a bargain game of poker.
Home Game Utility Poker Timer: Great for when you are in tournament mode, this handy dandy utility app helps you keep things on track. It sends alerts about ante times, keeps track of player statistics and lets you know what level of play you have reached. Simple but effective and a great add on to the basic poker app.
All-In Poker: Great if you are actually sick and tired of playing Holdem (What? Couldn’t happen), this little app offers a range of poker games including Omaha, Stud, Badugi and five other poker variants. For three bucks it’s a good way to try out some different ways to play at a low price.
Ride it Out Poker: A nice app for those who prefer a bit of a twist from the traditional game. This is a virtual casino poker game where you play against the casino dealer rather than online friends. It’s a bit like 21 and will keep you busy for hours.
There are a lot more poker apps out there including ones that offer daily tips and tutorials on playing poker. The apps listed here are all games that do not involve real money or teaching you the game.
